Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% service fee. No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service total as well as being banned from booking in the future. There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments, after the grace period there is a $10 late fee added at check out. 15 minutes past appointment time, the appointment will be cancelled and 50% of the service total will be charged to the card on file.
