Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% service fee. No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service total as well as being banned from booking in the future. There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments, after the grace period there is a $10 late fee added at check out. 15 minutes past appointment time, the appointment will be cancelled and will be charged as a no show.
