Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% service fee. No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the service total as well as being banned from booking in the future.
